1965- UGIVIS is founded, its roots come from a pioneering and glorious past, dealing directly with the market of the stainless steel screw industry, and standing next to an already steady stainless steel drawn-thread industry.
2004- UGIVIS becomes a full member of the group AMENDUNI ACCIAIO, thanks to the acquisition by ACCIAIERIE VALBRUNA, adding value to its already solid basis.
